At a trade show, it is very important to quickly grab the attention of potential clients. This can be a daunting task when your portable display is surrounded by others that are much more expensive. There are a number of things that can be done to increase traffic flow at the booth without spending thousands of dollars.

1. On trade show table top displays and pop up displays, it is important the graphics and photographs are eye catching. People will often make quick judgments about whether or not they want to look at the display based on the pictures and trade show graphics they see. If these are outdated and not relevant, they will move on to the next exhibitor.

2. A well lit display area will be more inviting. Most trade shows are in large conference rooms where there is ample overhead lighting, but nothing that is directly focused on the display. You will certainly standout more by spotlighting your display. You should focus on highlighting important areas or your display with the lighting.

3. Finally, trade show flooring can be added to the trade show display area. This will differ from the basic carpet that you are offered by the show. Not only does trade show flooring dress up the display quite a bit and help things look more put together and professional than other exhibitors but it helps define your booth space area.

4. In addition to your display whether it’s a larger custom exhibit or a smaller pop up trade show display, there should be a focus on brand retention. Not only is the achieved by the way your company represents itself at the show but also through handouts such as brochures, catalogs, and branded promotional items. These types of items are great because it gives the attendee something to remember you by after the show. However, don’t go overboard with this and you should make sure that these handouts are organized in your booth space. You can eliminate clutter caused by these handouts through the use of literature racks, and trade show counters to place these items on or within.

Making a good impression is extremely important at trade shows. With a few simple tips, the basic display can stand out and bring in the customers.

It’s becoming more and more apparent that companies have lost perspective on how to market at trade shows. I know we are in a tough economy but over the last couple of years I have seen the same uninspiring and even boring displays over and over again. I am not stating that you have to spend lots of money to be successful at a trade show. What I am saying is the creativity and uniqueness of trade show booths has dwindled over the last couple of years. How do you expect show attendees to differentiate your company if you look like all the other exhibitors on the show floor?

Tired of the same boring display then we have the answer for you Exhibe Corporation. We are full service trade show display company that believes in forward thinking with innovative design ideas that relate to our custom, portable, and rental display products. Our trade show booths will not only make your exhibit space attractive but our displays are designed to be hassle free.

With our Custom Exhibits you get the freedom to design your own display booth from scratch. You just need to inform us about your detailed requirements and we will work on some specs that will include a wonderful trade show display design that not only caters to your company needs but is customized to fit your branding objectives.

Our exhibit design process it’s just like reciting your imagination to someone who draws the exact image based on your description. Exhibe does this process by collecting all the necessary information of your company. Based on the detailed analysis and discussion we not only design the trade show display but have the personnel to construct the exhibit as well. There are not a lot of exhibit houses left that can provide in house design and construction services. We at Exhibe Corporation believe in total satisfaction and we have the necessary knowledge needed to help make your next show a success.

Promotion is the name of the game in the marketing industry and is there a better way to promote your brand and company then through the use of trade show marketing. Think about it a trade show is geared to specifically have visitors that are strictly attending the show to see your industry’s product offerings. What other venue provides this type of target marketing?

I know you’re thinking that exhibiting at a trade show can be rather expensive but that isn’t necessarily correct. To help minimize cost you can market yourself with well designed banner stands, pop up displays, or other similar portable trade show display products. Most of these displays can be purchased for less than $2500. Still too much not to worry most banner stands can be purchased for $250.00 or less and can be very effective at promoting your company.

In the future when your when your thinking about ways to promote your company just remember that trade show marketing just might be the perfect venue for you.
