Promotion is the name of the game in the marketing industry and is there a better way to promote your brand and company then through the use of trade show marketing. Think about it a trade show is geared to specifically have visitors that are strictly attending the show to see your industry’s product offerings. What other venue provides this type of target marketing?

I know you’re thinking that exhibiting at a trade show can be rather expensive but that isn’t necessarily correct. To help minimize cost you can market yourself with well designed banner stands, pop up displays, or other similar portable trade show display products. Most of these displays can be purchased for less than $2500. Still too much not to worry most banner stands can be purchased for $250.00 or less and can be very effective at promoting your company.

Reasons To Use Trade Show Displays

There are many reasons that you may want to use pop up displays. These reasons include for showrooms, conferences, outdoor events, press conferences, and more.

Table top displays are an excellent thing to use when you are in a showroom and want to display your products and services. The table top displays don’t take up too much space and they are lightweight. They fold right up and are easy to take with you on the go. You can take them with you to any event and they are an excellent way to present the products and services of your business. Portable trade show displays look extremely professional too.

Press conferences are also another time that you need to look professional. When the local media arrives to your business then you will usually want to use a backdrop with your logo or branding on it and pop up displays can serve this function just fine. When you use pop up trade show displays they hide what you have in the background. If you have papers piling desks, messes you don’t want the public to see, employees running around, and more then the displays are the best way to give a professional look and hide the background. This way the public can focus on you in a press conference and not the things going on in the background.

When you use portable exhibits they are also an excellent solution for outdoor events. The best way to reinforce your company message at an outdoor event is by the use of pop up displays. The only thing that you need to verify is the weather and if your stand can withstand any elements if it is expected to rain or be nasty. Also, you should consider fading from the sun. There are so many reasons that your company should have portable exhibits on hand. If you often find you are in the media or have to do a press conference then you should hide the background with the use of pop up displays. They are the best way to make your business look professional and create an excellent company image. Most displays that sit on a table or that are tall standing fold up easily and are packed in a bag that comes with them. They are portable and easy to take with you on the go when you travel to events.

How to Make a Strong Impact at your Next Trade Show

First impressions are everything.  It will determine how a person reacts to another or in business if a product or service is sold.  Regardless what level of business is being transpired, from a small county craft fair to a large trade show, your display represents your company and show cases the pride that you have in your products.  If a strong impact is not there, your trade show marketing efforts will fall to the wayside and a potential customer will move onto the next trade show exhibit display.

To have the customers standing in line to see what you have to offer your display presentation has to call out to them.  There are many ways you can have your next trade show display stand out from the rest of the crowd such as purchasing a professionally designed pop up display or revamping your existing  booth. What ever method you choose just make sure that your company message and branding are well represented within your exhibit.
